We have had a highly successful building experience working with Cassari. There were three notable features in working with Daniel and Lorenzo:
First was the good communication with all parties concerned with the build. The architect was regularly and frequently referred to; as clients (and we were hands on clients) we were involved in the process on a daily basis. Daniel was on the site every day communicating with us and/or the trades people and always available by phone. Solutions were found and problems solved with good humour.
Secondly, Daniel’s selection of skilled trades people combined with constant supervision demonstrated an impressive attention to detail. Linking old with new was sometimes frustrating, but interesting and Cassari was up for the challenge.
Thirdly, the above characteristics are displayed in the quality of the build. A point commented on be visiting builders and architects.
Although small in size our renovation contained a large amount of detail, variety and complexity requiring negotiation, flexibility and adaptability to sometimes complex architectural problems.
